Thank you for your commitment to be a table host at our 2024 FCA Fundraising Banquet. Your table has been reserved under the name used to fill out this form.

We’ve put together some information that will hopefully make this experience stress-free and fun for you and your guests.

Filling Your Table:

Each table accommodates eight guests. Invite your friends, business associates, and community leaders who may or may not know about the ministry of Western IL FCA, but share a heart for Jesus and furthering his kingdom. A very personal invitation from you is the best way to ask guests to attend the banquet. Tell your invitees why you have chosen to support FCA. Were you impacted by our ministry as a student athlete, coach, or parent? Have you given financially? Did you or your child attend a special event such as Fields of Faith or FCA Camp? Share those stories with your friends, colleagues, and family members.

You do not need to submit your guest list to us. We just ask that you try to fill all spots at your table as we have ordered catering for each seat at the table.

Pre-Banquet Reminders:

We will send reminder emails during the week before the banquet. The most effective reminder is still for you to personally contact each guest a few days prior to the event. Let the world know you’re excited by posting messages on Facebook ,Twitter, Instagram or Snapchat!

Day of the Banquet:

Doors open approximately one hour before the event and all guests are encouraged to come early. Tables will have numbered displays and your table assignment will be given to you (the host) via email the week prior to the banquet. Please let your guests know your table number. We will also have a check-in station available for guests who DO NOT know their table number.

The Ask:

Toward the end of the program, there will be a call of action culminating in an “ask” for contributions from guests. Please be prepared to hand out and collect donation forms. A large manilla envelope with the forms will be on your table when you arrive. At the end of the event, please return this envelope and all contributions to the marked collection point on your way out of JWCC. The cost of the banquet has been covered by our sponsors, but we want to give our guests the opportunity to partner with God’s Kingdom work through the ministry of Western IL FCA.

We are excited about the banquet and look forward to seeing God provide for the financial needs of this ministry in big ways! Your commitment, your desire to serve, and your willing heart are all so very much appreciated! Please let us know if you have any questions.
